Overall Rolyd performance (issues see this thread)

In an on-going endeavor to provide the best performance we want your feedback. We also want to assist you as much as we can. Not all issues are server-side which means sometimes it will be on your end. This can happen due to the client (minecraft.jar) or even your computer itself.

Rolyd.com has a complex network infrastructure. Some problems are not easily found. If you notice increased latency (lag) accessing either the website or game server please let us know in this thread. Be as descriptive as possible. Let us know where you are (site, game, location in game), the time you experienced the issue, and any other information you feel is relevant. Please keep in mind this is a thread for technical problems only.

Thanks,
Rolyd.com Team

Re: Overall Rolyd performance (issues see this thread)

Hello I wanted to let you know that I have been experiencing lag issues from the website, not connecting and/or taking a very long time to load.

This has been happening for the last week or so, I haven't noticed it at any certain time being better or worse but its usually a 10 to 40 second delay and thats if it doesn't time out.

I just did a ping test on rolyd.com and www.rolyd.com and both times "100% data lost" :/, so no data to report there, but it was pining the ip 203.122.193.195.

let me know if there's anything else you would like from me. thanks guys! oh and my location is Melbourne, and I can tell you more if you would like to know in private.

please see my trace:
